Objective: To help manage the launch of Fresc [http://fre.sc – a new image sharing platform], into the US market during a four-month period.

 

  • Creation of press kit: including copy writing of 3 press releases; created content and graphic design of the invitation ensuring brand consistency; sourced and maintained press-mailing lists.

  • Organization of the launch conference in Santa Monica: including all logistics, e.g. catering, being in charge of photography, and assisting with lead generation activities.

  • Management of post-event PR: Interviewed the company co-founders; audited and responded to community postings, and provided input to help ensure brand messaging that was reflected in the video content.

Objective: To help manage Calvin Klein and Karl Lagerfeld fragrances during a six-month period

 

  • Assisted with the launch of ‘ck one shock’ for ‘her’ and for ‘him’:  
    -  Assisting management during a two-month national event bus tour including: street marketing
       (leaflets, body painting shows, sampling), Beauty Adviser training, bus parties, special  
       ‘ck one shock’ launch event in Paris at Le 1515 with 500 people (Results: 16 cities visited,
       2,000+ beauty advisers trained, 50+ blog articles, 200,000+ samples distributed).                             -  Briefing design agencies about the development of campaign marketing and communication
       tools: 4 flyers, 2 gift with purchase kits, 5 product datasheets, and POS-Advertising in
       specialized perfume stores such as Sephora, Nocibé, and Marionnaud 
    -  Assisting the Product Manager in the roll-out of the ‘CK One Shock’ advertising plan: this
       included a 6-month national advertising campaign (TV, movies, magazines, print ad, radio, web)

  • Organized and managed a national raffle in collaboration with the legal team: 2,500+ participants and 50 winners

  • Performed market analysis: Provided monthly analysis and reports including recommendations: ck one shock top 10 for new launches during first 5 months. This resulted in a 3% in sale of Calvin Klein total fragrances.
